Leo Douglas Frey, born on February 6, 1942 in New York to Donald and Hetty Frey. Died on February 10, 2022 in Midwest City, Oklahoma. Survived by his wife, Somsri Frey, and his children: Juangjan Daves, Somchy Frey, Anchalee Gies, and Bedah Frey. Leo was raised in Endicott, New York and Rochester, Minnesota. He joined the United States Air Force in 1962 and retired as Master Sargeant in 1982. He was a Vietnam Veteran serving as a Weapons Control
